The STIKO® COMFORT Ergonomic Operator Station by KIEPE Electric combines the compact footprint of the STIKO® LIGHT with the advanced ergonomics of the STIKO® ROBUST. Designed to minimize vibrations and suspended masses, it delivers exceptional comfort, stability, and control in demanding industrial applications.

Developed through extensive field testing and close collaboration with operators and maintenance personnel, STIKO® COMFORT was engineered around real-world operational needs. The result is a highly functional and ergonomic operator station that enhances productivity while reducing operator fatigue during extended shifts.

At the heart of the design is an innovative gull-wing support structure mounted directly to the base beneath the suspension system. This unique solution supports the side control boxes independently from the seat, significantly reducing vibrations, horizontal oscillations, and the effects of suspended loads.

Innovative Anti-Vibration Support Structure

At the core of the STIKO® COMFORT design is a unique gull-wing support structure mounted directly to the base beneath the suspension system.

Unlike conventional operator stations, the side control boxes are independently supported rather than attached directly to the seat assembly. This design significantly reduces:

• Vibrations transmitted to the controls
• Horizontal oscillations
• Effects of suspended masses
• Operator fatigue during long working shifts

The result is improved control precision, increased comfort, and enhanced operational safety.

Ergonomic Seating for Maximum Comfort

Available in both fixed and swivel configurations, STIKO® COMFORT can be equipped with either mechanical or pneumatic suspension to suit different operating environments.
The operator seat offers multiple adjustment options for maximum comfort. For overhead crane applications and other tasks requiring enhanced downward visibility, an optional Y-shaped or V-shaped seat cushion is available.

The swivel version features a heavy-duty ball-bearing rotation system with a  front-positioned locking lever for safe and convenient operation.

Anti-Slip Footrests
